I think Terre Tucker (November 1963) was described in her Playmate story as having "won her wings as a stewardess," but if her listed age was correct she would have been awfully young for the job.

I take it you're only interested in those that became flight attendants before their centerfold experience instead of those that did so after being playmates. Janet Lupo, for instance, would fall into the latter category.

Three Varig stewardesses are the Playmates of the Month in the September 2006 Playboy Brazilian edition. I haven't seen scans on VEF but if you google "avioes varig playboy" you will probably find scans and videos of these dolls in and out of uniform. Their names are Sabrina Knop, Patricia Kreusberg and Juliana Neves. Someday soon I will buy a decent scanner.

There have been a total of 3 different pictorials featuring flight attendants 1) May,1980, 2) November,1982, & 3)September, 1992. The 3rd Pictorial is by far the most unforgettable pictorial to date, because 1 female was an aircraft director (which means she was on the runway guiding planes to their gate.)
