Sin City's "California Cocks**kers" series (1998-2000)

I've been a fan of the scenes from this series that are floating around the internet, but I haven't been able to gather a lot of info on the series and availability of the material. I figured I'd post what I know about it and see if anyone else can help me out with info about the other volumes.

1998

California Cocksuckers -- available on NTSC DVD in the USA (combo with C.C. #2)
C.C. #2: Malibu Mouthwash -- available on NTSC DVD in the USA (combo with C.C. #1)
C.C. #3: Girls Of Splash Mountain -- scene with Charlie around
C.C. #4: ??

There was also a four-hour Best of California Cocksuckers DVD released in the USA, but it is now OOP. I used to have it, but not anymore.

Lanny Barbie (saw it years ago...would LOVE to see this one again, fantastic!)

*Chloe's scene is presently only available in a heavily compressed 15mb version, however, there was a better-quality 75mb version available some years ago.

Anastasia Blue was in #9, #13 and #15. Here's the screens from the first two, haven't seen anything on #15:
