How would you save Playboy? - Page 42

I'd save Playboy by converting USA in communism and by decreeing this magazine as educational magazine.
Monthly each American home could receive a digital copy in their mailbox if they subscribe to receive it.

What does communism have to do with it? Communism doesn't save anybody, much less save a magazine that had its time, 30 years ago.

You know, this makes me wonder - were there any "underground" porn mags circulating behind the Iron Curtain in the 70s and 80s? I don't mean smuggled in Playboys and Penthouses, I mean indigenously produced content, even if it was crude and homemade.

I have never heard of any such, but I suppose it would be an automatic 20 years in a Siberian gulag if you got caught publishing such a magazine, so not many would be willing to risk it.

Your own laws changed on sexe, interrace, alcohol prohibitions, so why communism rules or laws could not change?

I understood that Cooper Hefner was already serving as creative director for the mag, and planning to continue.

I strongly suggest that he get Emma Watson and Taylor Swift to do nude spreads for the mag. If he can get them for a girl-girl shoot later, so much the better. Then move on to the Taylor Swift & Katie Perry BDSM shoot. Ivanka?

I'd give young Cooper 50$ US for a deluxe 200 page edition of PB with lots of naked pictures of Emma and Taylor in it.

I've seen a few bright spots in regards to PB photos as of late, but I don't see this cancelling out the larger trend. I don't see PB lasting that much longer. Even Hef said years ago that with the availability of porn on the web, nude pix in hard copy mags had become somewhat superfluous.

I think you have to pay attention to the current trends, in Pop music for example...have articles on or girls with a slight look like say, Beyonce, Katy Perry or Miley Cyrus. Who hasn't seen the wrecking ball video?
