I've been watching Marvel's and FX's new show Legion lately.

Just watched the end of Let It Shine, the talent show to find a band of boys to tour in a musical written by Gary 'Take That' Barlow featuring the songs of Take That. It has been a rollercoaster of eight weeks but finally the band was chosen-they are called Five To Five and I also predicted they would win. Next week to mark your cards here is Let's Sing and Dance for Comic Relief-well anything is better than those two talentless morons Ant and Dec on a Saturday night!

I'd not heard of this until your post. I was intrigued. Just watched ep 1. Really enjoyed it. Some of the acting might leave a bit to be desired, but the superb soundtrack far outweighs that.

Presumably you were waiting for the next programme to start and switched over too early...

The Walking Dead latest episode. Some observations:

--Is Eugene serious? Is he a Negan Man now? Or is he biding his time?
--Dwight hates Negan. Does he really have the batman fooled?
--Where did Sherry go? Looking for Daryl?
--Pouring liquid metal onto walkers? Say WHAT??
--One thing's for sure: there is internal division within Negan's camp. Will not bode well for him in the coming war.

The final episode of S01 of Timeless. That storylines are much better than I'd anticipated them being...and the final scenes...well the plot thickens. Also started on S02 of Vikings. He's a prick is Ragnar, but he's an interesting prick.

Tom Hardy is great in this but his supporting cast was quite terrific and such a great season finale

Winston Churchill, A Giant in the Century.
Maybe there is a god and Winston Churchill was what he did about the Nazis. What an extraordinary man, at least in his capacity as wartime leader.
