Despite the notoriously difficulty of the 1980 puzzle, "speedcubers" have made a sport out of solving the Rubik's Cube as fast as possible, and as of 2015 the record stands at 4.9 seconds (and no I never solved it myself)

Beanie Babies
In 2000, a royal blue Peanut the Elephant beanie baby, one of the rarest made, was sold at auction for almost £2,500!

Rubiks Cube ..... here's a fact about it

Did you know

there is a finite amount of configurations in solving that thing, but an infinite amount of ways the little cubes land and smash into pieces when you throw it at a wall in frustration

I found that the best solution was six cans of Rubiks spray paint.

The United States of America has had one president who did not speak English as a first language. 8th president Martin Van Buren spoke Dutch as a child and did not learn English until he attended school.

Did you know that the saying "Sounding Off" comes from ship to ship communication when signaling course and maneuvering intentions by horn signals?
For example 3 short blasts of the horn or klaxion means : I'm backing up now."
3 long 2 short mean "Farewell to port,thanks for the hospitality."
