Gail Thackray, or Gail Harris, as she is known to me, seems to have obtained control of a large segment of the adult media business.

Also, she appears to have gotten rather wealthy in the process. I'm wondering what sort of career moves did she make to get into such a position of power, besides moving to California ?

I would presume she has her own accountants now.

She moved to the US and became an "Animal Communicator"

Basically she was/is a pet psychic. Yep, that's right, she can tell you what Rover is thinking or why Tiddles won't eat his Kitty Chunks.

In California.

She has a website called gailthackray.com

All the best to her, but as made up careers go, pet psychic has to be one of the funniest.

I had to check it out. Wow, such professionalism with an affinity for making money !

I like the "Get rich in 30 days" thing, always a good place to start.

I don't recall her saying she was an accountant. She did say in EB 24 she was going to be a vet. And there's another appearance which stated she was a secretary in an office.

It's odd that she's gone back to her maiden name to promote the psychic business, presumably to distance herself from the porn producing part of her career. It's mostly in the UK she's known as Gail Thackray, although the start of her career in the US she still went by that before switching to her then-husband Scott's name. Wonder why she didn't take her new husband's name (who from what I gather is running the porn side these days)?

I have a low opinion of psyhics and was rather shocked when I discovered what she doing now.

Anyway, the real start of her wealth was when she was still modelling in the UK. She would often ask photographers if she could have any unpublished photos, and they would give them to her. Eventually, Gail amassed a library of material. When the internet came along, she was able to sell that content to websites. She also produced her own stuff (in one interview Gail relates photographing a TG who was obviously turned on by her). I think she might have got into trouble because some of her old stuff from the UK did have signed disclaimers.
