Finally found the pictorial(and the source) related to the OP pic.
The OP pic is from the July 2008 issue of BärelyLegäl magazine where the model is named as April. The photographer of the pictorial is Jana Krenová. Scans from the magazine posted by dalnota here:

(Not sure when Cindy got the tattoo on her left abdomen, however the BL magazine pictorial was released in 2008 while Cindy's DDF photosets were releassed in 2010. AFAIK, the tattoo on her left abdomen was first seen in her DDF photosets.)

If it helps for model distinction the Cindy White currently in VEF thread#281742 (except for VEF post#3257028) is from Hungary while the Cindy White in this Model ID request thread is from Prague, Czech Republic.
