The above mystery pic. is from Erotyka (Pol) no.10, 1997, in the archive here thanks to mars67. Here's the full set.

I don't see above the mole discussed/shown here & following, but front top teeth are similarly prominent & nose seems the same--prominence/size, underside/nostrils, & slight kink in bridge/top, so it's possible the spot under the left boob was simply "cleaned"/removed?--NB, the later date of this mag's publication, 1997, may be a factor there, i.e. availability of digital editing tools not so widely present in 1991? /shrug/

In terms of CIUK candidate models, unseen but there is a red-haired Tanya in CIUK 20-11, 1991 who might be worth comparing. /shrug/ The above earlier link to show the cover of CIUK 20-09, 1991 in her hands no longer works but here's something similar. There are also two red-haired models in CIUK 20-10, 1991, but one, Lori, can be eliminated, leaving only the unseen Suzy.
