I wouldn't recommend filesflash.net. As a free user you can only download up to 1gb files. Many rips are bigger than that. So the uploader would have to split the file in parts with consequences for downloading time. Premium is also expensive compared to many other hosts out there. Also from their FAQ:

How much can I download?

There are no limits in the system. You can download as much as you like. However, you may not use bots to download or run a leech website. We will immediately ban accounts associated with bots and leech sites. We do monitor accounts which show unusually large number of downloads. If you download more than 100 files a day regularly or more than 1000 files on any one day, your may be monitored. Similarly, we also monitor accounts which download more than 5 GB a day regularly or more than 20 GB in a single day.

yes 1 gb max for free user.. if more than that need to split files in max 1gb part
Some rips r above 1gb and some are less than that.Many dont have good upload speed (like yours) compare to download.so it will be helpful.1GB split part is too big.
Premium rates is same or i will say less than filefactory...Andthose points per download,we can convert few points quickly into premium account.

And about that How much can I download?
thats basic for mostly all hosts..some says it and some hide it frm faqs.
If you/we are not in those bot leech thing then why to worry about it ?
Last yr i buy their prem for 2months + extra 10 days as free.
The speed was superb and able to download how much i want..though i tired of downloading stuffs .Dont worry nothing will get monitor if you are on safe side/genuine.. its just too keep leechers bot away of malpractice with their download links..And common WHO WILL DOWNLOAD 100 or 1000 files in a day This much free time who have in their life ? Besides those leech bots with multiple IP's..
So this download faq is perfectly right.. this much if they wont do than all free like host will come to end..Thats why they are still in this host from more than decade (i think 15 years).As many others come and gone.

After this drivel, some facts:

Java is not dead (even though one might argue that this would not be a bad thing, looking at IT Security in general), not even close. Depending on the ranking you look at, it is either the number 1 programming language worldwide or at least in the top 5.

There is no need to run JDownloader 2 with outdated Java versions, simply configure it to use your system's Java installation and keep that up to date.

JD2 is updated several times a week, so I call misinformation here (simply because I do not like the term "Fake News").

Are you, per chance, involved with "IDM" - whatever that may be?

Also, you can use JD2 without installation, simply lift the JD2 folder from an existing installation (e.g. a virtual machine) and transplant it. That ensures that JD2 never sees system / root privileges on your machine, making it far safer than anything that comes onto your machine through an installer.

I'm assuming it's this:

"Send file inline" feature
By default, we force your browser to download the files (Disposition: attachement).

You can use this feature to send the flow "inline" like streaming (Disposition: inline).
It means that you will not have a dialog box from your browser to store the file.
We also send the correct MIME type.
If your browser can, it will show directly the content (image, sound, video, text documents, ...).
This will also allow you to insert 1fichier.com links on your HTML pages !
This feature should be used with a Premium account and/or Download Credits.
