Emma Amos (born 18 August 1967 in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire) is an English actress best known for playing Yvonne Sparrow in the last three series of time travel sitcom Goodnight Sweetheart alongside Nicholas Lyndhurst. She replaced original actress Michelle Holmes who held the role from 1993-1996.Apparently this is Emma Amos in an earlier role.

Emma is on the left of the picture.The guy in the video clip is Hugh Grant.The film is called"Rowing with the wind" which for trivia fans is the film on which Hugh met Liz Hurley.

This one is on the 'wish list' posted by 'BobL' and I thought of it because this babe cropped up in a repeat showing of an episode of 'Murder in Suburbia' on ITV3 over the weekend. Here is a FF Emma Amos in the first-ever appearance in her career in a scene from 'Rowing with the Wind' (1988). Emma went on to play Yvonne Sparrow in the 'Goodnight Sweetheart' series in the late 90s, replacing Michelle Holmes. Credit to the 'late' Bobby Z for this clip.

Before she became famous she lived not far from me in Kings Heath, Birmingham. We met at the Midlands Arts Centre, this picture is the only suvivor of the only set I took of her. Pity, had I been able to fortell the future I would have taken care to keep more!

It's pretty battered and was not so good to start with, looks like I cocked up the processing as there are signs of reticulation.
