Even though you can buy it on Amazon I think most people would consider Caligula porn.

It depends what you mean by historical, if you are looking at recreations of historical events with a porn twist, there is little if any of that, aside from Lisa Ann's Sarah Palin porn parodies and those focused much more on the porn.

But there have been hundreds if not thousands of porn movies set in various historical periods, the Pirates movies of the late 1990's early 2000's come to mind, Jenna Jameson did some western themed pornos and there have been some centered around the Louis XIV look and style of dress.

Thanks a lot for creating a great thread! You can't imagine how much I've researched to find retro porn threads, and all my attempts ended unsuccessfully. All the stuff I find is of low quality and small amounts. I wish people started to appreciate old-school porn, and as the demand grows, they would start to revive and reenact it.

Lots of films with an 18th century look, some hard core, some softer.

Rocco Siffredi's "Marquis de Sade" comes to mind (the era is Louis XVI and Revolution rather than Louis XIV, though most people don't know the difference in clothing styles).
