Even at 5 goals up you all knew Collingwood were a chance to lose
Hence the Colli-Wobbles tag 2010 was a classic example of how hard it is for them to win one Requring a replay after a draw 2018 AFL Trade Period? Wake me up with the AFL yawn fest Seen far too many Clubs reported A+ trade periods followed by a C grade season When is the 2018 AFL Trade Period? http://www.afl.com.au/news/2018-09-1...l-trade-period Last edited by buttsie; October 13th, 2018 at 08:48 PM.. I agree WCs pain from 2015 certainly helped them fight back
Luke Shuey said the 2015 GF loss drove him to react to the 5 goal opening I actually think West Coast losing GF in 2015 was a mental hinderance at the start as they started reliving the 2015 nightmare when Collingwood brought the same pressure that brought unbackable Richmond completely undone Anyone who still believes a 50% superstar is better than a fit role player I give you an injured Dustin Martin - they might as well have played with 17 on the field West Coast in the end had the superior big men down the spine If they had have kicked straight we would have had our traditionally uneventuful boring 6 goal win As GFs go this was up there with 2010 , 2005 , 2006 & 1989 Final players trade news stories - which then leads into pick trading http://www.afl.com.au/news Last edited by buttsie; October 17th, 2018 at 11:12 AM.. |

Laid no bet, lost nothing personally except pride

When WCE got the last 2 goals during the 1st quarter, that's when I knew Collingwood had lost Bye

Hehehe. Estreeter saw the signs after WC came back with those two goals at the end of the first are?
Just like how everyone knew Collingwood would win the 2010 replay after the Shaw/Riewoldt smother, and Hawthorn had won 2015 after the Hodge banana bender from the boundary. Quote:

2019 - round 1 of real football
If theres one thing thats a proven in football
Never bank on JLT form - why they play it is beyond me - its almost as bad as the xyz game they play with no tackling in rectangle fields thats meant to be a future Olympic sport between 4 teams nobody in Australia follows. Never listen to the media or betting agencies Power beats Melbourne in Melbourne with 4 young debutantes , Ds play too many under done players Adelaide loses again to Hawthorn in Adelaide - Hawthorns record against Adelaide is very good where ever or who ever - says more about Coach v coach - Clarkson has Pyke by the balls 2 ACL knees to key players - they really need to start working out whats causing these issues - personally i think its the interchange allowing players to go to fast for too long because they know at the end they get a rest - too much stress on the body results from al round 1 games https://www.afl.com.au/fixture#seaso...=CD_R201901401 Last edited by buttsie; May 10th, 2019 at 07:13 AM.. Friday night I was damn happy with Geelong beating Collingwood. But today the girls got thumped by Adelaide. Would have been great if both teams had won.

2019 - Tipsters nightmare
I dont recall a season with so many upsets
Home teams win 70/100 seems to have gone right out the window Sydney are last Melbourne a top 4 certainty are just getting off the canvas Its quite refreshing in a lot of ways The AFL 6-6-6- delivers the lowest scoring since the 1960s I wonder which brainiac is taking repsonsibility for that oops change Its been said for eons Coaches will always find a way to circumvent rules that will increase scoring The only rule that might free up scoring capping interchanges to a small number https://www.afl.com.au/ladder |
