I've learned that Netflix have cancelled Daredevil and there won't be a fourth season

What a pisser

After The Good Place and The Terror it`s been my favourite show of 2018.
Bad enough they made it`s fans wait almost two years for the third season and then didn't bother barely advertising it.
Getting the feeling Punisher will go down the same route. Sure they`re half way through filming . But since there`s clearly a new anti Marvel character bias in the Netflix boardroom they could initiate a second season draw to a close order and cancel it on a shorter episode run.
We`re getting the weak sop a fourth might be produced by Disney sometime. Only I`d never wish such a fate on the talents behind the show and in front of the camera.

Every time I log on here is for for one goal only to see if anything about Sabrina West / Sara Lynn posted, anything else is just fun for me, and a look back on porn I use to like. Night`s are the worst. Am following the advice laying on the floor flat on my back. Sleep is illusory at best.
Actually mornings pip nights to the post.
Can take me anything up to five minutes to force myself upright. To say nothing of getting dressed etc.
At 3am standing there until the fuzziness of my pain blurred vision cleared seriously debated taking two codeine along with the paracetamol extra.
Didn't.
Have dramatically reduced what I`d normally eat.
Gotten together excises to follow that may help.
Shall buy a proper desk chair.
Oh and indeed , quit being a Grumble Gus

I still suffer from a cervical hernia, but after 2 years of self "medication", I'm almost like new (I can't work very long with my arms over my head).

Here is how I improved my life. I don't know if it can help you.

Do appreciate the link XYZzzz and am sorrowful of what you went through.

Am pleased / relieved to say the back is eighty percent returned to normal.

Partly due to me losing weight and sleeping on a sternly padded sofa rather than a bed. Although weirdly also think practicing counter Krav Maga (Haven't done them since 2015) exercise techniques has stabilized things too.

Anyway all power to your healing and then remaining fully recovered
