Has to be from a 'proper' chippie, can't do it at home.

Tonight is a proper American meal.

Pizza and Beer.

The pizza is an 10# mess of meat and cheese that the world can't understand, (It is why we are so fat, and so happy), Salami, Pepperoni, Linguicia, Italian Sausage, and Bacon. Wash it down with some beer (and a little bourbon), and you should be good for the weekend.

And to all of the above, fish and chips kick ass if you are on the coast, but not as good inland. At least here. That is all I will eat if I am close, but I am a couple hundred miles inland, I will pass.

seems Estreeter and I have been dining at different eateries.
Be very careful when ordering desert here.

They look Chinese, but they are actually from Eastern Europe, mainly Croatia, Ukraine I think Germany and Austria also
They are just Cabbage stuffed with spicy minced beef, you can add whatever spices you like for your own taste

I'm Polish- a proper polish feast is hard to beat.

I also cook, and my favorites/specialties are:

Pork Roast-rubbed with Soy Sauce, stuffed with Garlic, sprinkled with Rosemary, and slow roasted to perfection.MMM........

(Greek) Stuffed Grape Leaves (Dolmades)-- Heaven on Earth

Caramel Apple cheese cake for dessert

Ugh, I just made myself hungry
