Yes, they're Polaroid 669 test shots for layouts. You're close about the name. I checked that ebay member's completed listings and found more of her. Her name is clearly printed on one of the photos as "Terri Wesley."

Karen from Genesis mag, March 1983. I was a big collector of Genesis mags in my youth. Recognized the yellow string swimsuit and of course, her delightful assets.
