Zuzanna, yes as ID'd here.

Babette Blue definitely not. Apart from a complete different look MG has natural breasts and is much younger then BB at the time of the shoot.
Earliest time for that shoot is 1996, Zuzanna being 18 years old at that time, but BB would have been minimum 56 years in 1996...
