Not sure why you thought this was Jill Halfpenny.
The actress in this scene is credited. She is Caroline Trowbridge.

Everywhere I've just looked. Mr Skin, Ancensored, and general Google search, still say it's Caroline Trowbridge. Where does it say otherwise?

I'm diligent with ID checking when it's not clear-cut and because her character's name is not mentioned in the scene,or anywhere else in the episode, and it seemed an odd bit-part thing for her as an established actress to do, some time ago I made up this comparison collage to satisfy myself it was her. It seemed a good resemblance so I was in no doubt, given she was on the credits and there were no other parts in the episode she could have been playing. I reckoned she maybe filmed a bigger role and it was cut down.



I'll leave it at that, if you have strong evidence to show it's not her then I'll look again.

Perhaps I was tired when I checked Ancensored (my usual trusted source in such matters, as Mr Skin is often wrong) last night for myself? Or perhaps I really do need glasses.... Okay; I'll accept such certain ID correction as this without further argument....

nb. Jill did however go topless in an episode of The Lakes; so it wasn't that much of a stretch to accept the previous ID I'd had on this clip for several years; as well as series 2 of UF being from as far back as 2002.
