Pretty sure this is Pepper Trecher aka Fiona. She has some similarities to Keli but she is a different model. They started around the same time and can sometimes be mistaken for each other. Look here:

There is an uncanny resemblance, e.g. nose, but PT has slightly smaller areolae than KS and their outer boundaries are more sharply defined/demarcated than for KS. Brows also differ but that's not conclusive as can be plucked/shaped. I think mystery above is PT.

My first thought was Pepper, but - as I have done many times - I had enough doubt that I was unwilling to commit the pixels, despite coming back to this thread like a half dozen different times. So I still think it's Pepper, but a very early pic.
