Charlie Sheen has claimed that he suffered a hiatal hernia after laughing too hard at pornographic movies.

Anyone on here ever do themselves any damage while indulging?

Severely sprained wrists?

Knocked yourself out falling off the computer chair in a moment of passion?

Friction burns?

I've been fairly lucky so far. Just stubbed an index finger on the pause button a few times, but it did not hurt that much.

Actually, this could be an interesting subject. I know I've suffered some injuries over porn ... all these happened over 2 years ago.

I was leaned back in my computer chair, jerking off to a Goo Girls video when suddenly the back of the chair broke loose. I fell backwards, off the chair, hitting the back of my head on the lamp table behind me. Also, as I fell backwards, my back raked across the broken, metal edge at the broken connection of the back support, putting a pretty nice cut in my lower back. I almost had to go get stitches on that one.
I was watching and jerking off to a porn vid on my laptop as I was driving back late one night from Virginia. I ran all 4 wheels off the road, into the grassy media, before finally gaining control and getting back on the road. Luckily it was really late ... like 11 PM so there wasn't much traffic at all.

I've heard a story about a fellow in a local remote community that "lost" a dildo, or similar, in a place that men have no business putting such things.

Story goes that he had a two hour drive to the nearest hospital, to have it removed.
Wonder if he was using Duracell batteries?

I once sprained my back at work, but had to give up self-abuse for a while as the doctor told me not to lift anything heavy!

I did catch my fingers in the video recorder years ago, but fortunately I'm ambidextrous for the essential tasks in life.
