Ive been looking everywhere for pics etc. with the same type of panties, of course there has to be more with other women wearing themsomewhere, but since im born in 1983 after they were out of fashion i haven't seen them in much else.

I think you are looking for low rise ladies briefs. They sit below the hip like Ms. Weavers do. Think that particular style has probably died a death as they look like they'd be quite uncomfortable under jeans/leggings etc as they "roll" at the elastic.

Modern equivalent like this i guess?

Yeah, but they are extra super low rise and i haven't seen a similar pair in any mainstream media since, but maybe there are some movies and tv-shows i have been missing.

You could try a Google search for ladies hipster or mini briefs. I had a girlfriend who wore tangas - popular until thongs came along - and the marks left on her hips and bottom after she removed her pants were a real turn-on.

I know that this is an old thread, but I only found it, today. The panties that Sigourney Weaver wore in Alien were ordinary late 1970's bikini panties, but they were two or three sizes too small. That's the reason they look the way they do. Originally, they had her wear the proper size, but the director felt they didn't look "futuristic enough".
