But mostly I have the impression that the actresses enjoy doing it or don't particularly suffer from it. When a BTS interview takes place afterwards, it quickly becomes clear that there is little pain and no real torture involved. Dr. Lomp is better, the ladies clearly suffer, but he only tortures the ladies and almost never fucks them.
