A book was published by Marshall Cavendish in 1975 titled The Complete Beauty Workshop which contained exercise, diet and makeup tips to help women look their best. It had quite a lot of pictures of scantily-clad girls in it such as this cute typically 1970s looking girl who demonstrated exercises in a bikini-like bra and brief set.
