I think if people were to put scenes here with that idea then this thread would be a mighty big one. It happens all the time and in practically every single MMF scene (or MMMF, etc).

There are exceptions of course, but most of the time you see them both cum at the same time (or within a few seconds of each other).

The way it's done is (I believe) is that they stop what they are doing and jerk off until they are "close". Then the filming starts up again and there you go.
