Here is the clip of Caroline Flack from the 2001 TV movie 'Is Harry On The Boat?'. The Sky TV series with the same name followed this in 2002 but sadly with a changed cast.

As luck would have it I saw all the Bo Selecta DVDs in a charity shop for £1 each this afternoon & remembered ImTheMan's comment above, so here's the scene. The top really is very see through for a random comedy sketch (at least one not made in the 1970s), the caps don't quite do it justice imo. Plus the fact that she's very obviously braless in a thin top means her boobs jiggle about very nicely in a few spots
