One of the people who have done most to change the image of tighty whities is definitely Mark Wahlberg a.k.a. Marky Mark. In the 90s dropping his pants and showing his underwear was a central part of his act. And boy, it looked cool!

I’m currently awaiting an operation on my right one due to having a hydrocele (look it up!).

Having a testicle the size of a grapefruit hanging freely is just not on !!!!
