Looks like Adele won't be singing the Bond 25 theme. She's taking time out to spend it with family. Got a source, but i won't post a link, unless a mod gives me the green light.

Why would she be? With the exception of Burly Chassis, no one has sung consecutive Bond movie themes, and Adele is hardly in that league...?

No I know the one you mean but its not that. This was a definite spoof made by Chan and featured Kiel as the Jaws-type character.

Odd fact about Roger Moore-he hates guns!

I think they dubbed the gunshots and explosions in. I'm not sure.

Something has been bugging me for years. Is it just me or does Lynn Holly-Johnson's character from For Your Eyes Only, Bibi Dahl sound more like Baby Doll? Perhaps this was deliberate or a play on the name but either way I've always thought it sounded like that...and I also wonder what if Bond had been a bit of a cad and bedded her instead of buying her an ice-cream?

It does sound like Baby Doll. Bond girls usually have that sort of name.

Roger Moore was 53 during shooting. Maybe they were trying to address this by not having him jump into bed with every girl he comes across. Lynn Holly Johnson was in her 20's, but she was playing a teenager. I like that Bond is like a father figure to Bibi.

They were trying to make it sound like Barbie Doll
