I'ld like to make some advanced search with some boolean
operator in the whole Erotica Forum. But....

I was not able to change the operator "or", that is the default one.

Could you suggest me how to use the bolean operator "and" (or
other tipe) that permit me to restrict or fine tuning my search.

So I was backing up an old hdd over the weekend, got through about a quarter, turned it all off, next day it threw up that I needed to format the driv before I could use it.. grr

So I searched here and found this great tool Recuva, but for some reason it's not finding everything that is on there, it almost looks like it's finding information that would have been there a year ago and missing what I've put on since.. any ideas at all? I didn't do the deep scan because it was going to take 15 hours, if that's what it will take, then I'll have to leave it running one night, otherwise I'm going to lose so much stuff!

You can search this site using Google, for example

Code:

site:vintage-erotica-forum.com jenna -jameson

gets you "Jennas" but not "Jamesons"

Code:

site:vintage-erotica-forum.com jenna OR pam

gets you "jennas" or "pams"

Having a problem with image grabber. Most of the time, it works properly. On some threads, it will not and gives me a basic "11 hidden files" no matter what the thread is. Any suggestions?

I have never seen this. It would help if you could tell us which hidden files.
If you are using Adblock you should be able to find them there. (click arrow - open blockable items)

note - I am using a Beta version of IHG, what version are you using ?

There are some imagehosts which will confound imagehost grabber. There are also some much older threads, where the thumbnail is still live, but the image that its linked to is gone.

You'll have to give us a specific example.

After CD rip with converting single tracks to mp3 files simple free mp3 edit & merge software wanted. Want to cut mp3 files and to (re-)merge, too.

Until now only too complicated software found.

Have you tried Audacity? I've used this to split up tracks and save again (you have to install a separate MP3 encoder, but the instructions are there), so you could merge just as well, I expect. It looks complicated but it isn't - if, like me, you're only making use of a fraction of its capacities.
