Maybe that helps a bit, athough the original title is still missing. It was definitely released late in 1996, as Mandy, Fanny and Titus look very young in this movie.

I'm particularly interested in Scene 3 with Petty, Jessica Magma and Yves Baillat

I've really struggled to track this one down

There is one copy of the vhs for sale in xjuggler.de:

Jeedoo doesn't have it but on xjuggler one seller has it.

But it costs a lot! While that seller seems to sell internationally, I got 38 euro shipping costs on top of its 30 euro price, making the total cost be 68.

I don't know where you are from so if you happen to be German then it will cost much less, but if you aren't... well, then good luck even navigating through that site

If you are looking for to download the movie somewhere, I can't help you. It seems it's nowhere to be found except that one vhs on that one site - if I'm even correct about the movie.
