This is probably Carole Anne Stevenson. Her VEF thread was deleted a few years ago (DCMA takedown), but here's one post and an ID thread. The IMDb page (nm1179718) has information for both Kerr and Stevenson. The Basement episode is Kerr (this image in her thread mentions it; I've tried moving the appearance to Kerr's new IMDb page three times with no luck) and the Kathy Lloyd Kit Off Special is probably Kerr too. A defunct website linked in the External Links section attributes everything else to Stevenson. They are certain about Meaning of Life, but their "consensus" she's one of the girls in the shower in Nuns on the Run is a bit dubious. Maybe.

I went through Stevenson's deleted thread on the Internet Archive. Greenman noted fellow Page 3 girl Helle Kjaer is behind Stevenson.

The first two are screencaps I took from the ancensored clip and the copy of the movie currently on the Internet Archive. That's almost certainly the girl the defunct Carole Anne fan site thinks is her. Stills from better quality video would probably settle it. She's to the right of Helen FitzGerald (the arrow is pointing at her) in the third and presumably fourth images (notice the long hair). Below is a good post to compare these with since she's wet in all of them.
