Talk about fucking sore losers.

Now they want to sue the NFL to make the NFL to let me replay the end of the NFC game?

It was a horrible non-call, but really the Saints had plenty of opportunities to put that game out of reach earlier. Note that there were bad calls in KC, too. Somehow the NFL's attempts to improve the officiating have only made it worse. They can't even read replays right. You know it's bad when Mike Pereira repeatedly remarks " i disagree with that call."

To be clear, I would have been much happier had interference been called on the play. My money was on the Saints

Bad calls most week's, what make's these worse is no chance next week of getting a win to get back on track.

Knowing the New Orleans Saints fan base their reaction to the no call is not surprising at all...

Whereas Raider fans would have just chalked it up to yet another instance of the Raiders getting screwed by the refs.

Saints fans do have a beef. The home team is supposed to get those calls. Soccer refs have been killed in Latin America for less.

It's appalling the number of bad calls made in both the NBA and the NFL. I have never believed in fixed contests, but sometimes you have to wonder after watching the Saints-Rams game and the Chiefs-Patriots.

It is appalling how often I am convinced a bad call has been made only to discover upon seeing replay reviews of various angles that the refs got it right. The miserable bastards know the rulebooks better than I do, too.

Default Dude, Let It Go ...

The U.S. government entered day 35 of its shutdown today. Hundreds of thousands of federal employees have not been paid in over a month, the airline industry is on the brink of total collapse, and the lines outside food banks get longer every day. Meanwhile, Louisiana Republican Senator Bill Cassidy, who is getting paid despite the shutdown, arrived on the Senate floor today to whinge about the blown call from last weekend’s NFC title game:

It's not about the Saints having many opportunities to seal the game, it's about the integrity of the game.

We're not just talking about holding not given, or a pinky finger lightly brushing the facemask in the 1st quarter. We're talking blatant pass interference, that would've led to the Saints winning the game.

That play would be the reason why the rule exists!
