New download issue

For the past week and a half I'm having a miserable time trying to download, and upload. Seems connection keeps getting knocked off for usually a minute or so; strange thing is I can still stream without a problem. If anyone has any idea to WTF is going on, please help !!!!

The smart place to start would be to pick 1 example for a download

Say what your using O/S / browser / add-ons , how you connect to the internet
what the result was exactly

link to the post by number so a mod can check it

For a comparison this is the level of info computer forums require
before they will even think of answering a request for help

Its a lot because a typical volunteer will try and reproduce the problem
and work backwards to fix it
