After re-upload the file, I checked the link and ... the file with a different name appeared.

I don't understand what encoding you are referring to, since I don't codify anything ... and I don't use special alphanumeric characters, just a random numbering.

this same thing happened to a file someone uploaded for me the other day to their paid filefactory account, all sorts of weird symbols appeared in the file name for a few hours and then normal. I can guarantee you it was nothing he had done as he would admit he knows enough to upload a file and no more. If it involves changing anything he's out.

My problem with File Factory is being unable to click more than one FF link at a time. And this is a Premium account! The first link loads just fine, and every one after that gives me "problem loading page" or "connection timed out". I can't even click Help or Support. It wasn't always this way...
