No it's definitly not Puaka. It's from TWA-Filmproduktion. Iafd lists only one film from this studio, but there are around 30 available at aebn.
As director is there listed T.Wawer, who is probably the same as Twawer

I don't think she's Lindsay Love. Although there is a resemblance, their noses look completely different.

Yes, you can find her at the site where you can get the single clips under the name Sammy or Samantha. But most of the clips has no name for her.
And the name "Handjob Helpers" referr to the name of the studio at this site.
