So, 'Elena Nevada' has probably got absolutely nothing to do with Nevada (or any other state in the US for that matter), but I'd speculate that she was commonly known as Elena _____ (or Helena or Helen or something like that). I've just used that hypothesis to rummage through the aliases I know of for VT's models ..... and drawn a big fat quack quack oops. Oh well.

To me it's definitely the same model as Erika & Elena Nevada.

It also (side-on) reinforces the difference of Kylee's nose, so she's someone else.
