And then this one: “God looked down and, and he said we’re not going to let it rain on your speech.. . .The truth is it stopped immediately.” Can you imagine what the Obama haters would've come up with if Obama had said this? (BTW this quote is also a lie and then he furthered the lie with "there was a downpour right after I finished". Nope. Several hundred television cameras say both of those are big fat lies. One problem Trump has is people have such a wide ranging field of expectations for him there's no way 25-30% of his supporters at any given time aren't going to be unhappy with his decisions. Read supporting comments on MSN and his supporters are on every side of arguments and they all think he's going to do something different. Or they don't think he's going to do what he said (read a few from Trump voters yesterday that were SHOCKED he signed the order about the ACA). |

voter fraud
So Trump believes there was 3 to 5 million fraudulent votes cast in the past election, and that if not for the fraud he really won the popular vote in addition to the Electoral college. This shines a spotlight on his real heart of heart deep beliefs. Since only 70000 votes in three state made the difference why not assume there was voter fraud among republicans, after all the three states were a surprise Trump win. Is it in the realm of possibility that voter fraud is a two way street? Or is it only brown and black people who vote illegally?

don't jump to conclusions
I've been a Republican since Eisenhower. The first election I could vote in I proudly cast my vote Gerald Ford. Must admit I was tempted to vote for Obama the first time. A dyed in the wool fan of MItt Romney. And there was no way I could handle Mrs. Clinton in the White House.
But if someone claims that there were 3 to 5 million votes cast illegally to assume they all went to your opponent is just a head slap moment. I'm glad Mrs. Clinton lost. Just use a modicum of thought and logic. Just sayin. |

Interesting that someone who seems so upset about Trumps "lies" would claim to be something they are not.

Calls are being made to cancel a proposed state visit to the UK by President Trump after he issued an executive order clamping down on immigration to the US.
Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn said it would be "totally wrong" for the visit to go ahead later this year. Liberal Democrat leader Tim Farron backed the call. He said: "Any visit by President Trump to Britain should be on hold until his disgraceful ban comes to an end. A petition to stop it has reached over 500,000 meaning it will be considered for debate in Parliament. President Trump's visit was announced during PM Theresa May's trip to the US - no date has been set. Details: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-38788388 This visit could be problematic even without any propsed ban - there are claims of a rift between President Trump and the Prince of Wales, over their views on climate change. Members of the Republican politician’s staff have warned that Prince Charles should not “lecture” him on climate change during the visit in case the fiery politician “erupts” in return, The Sunday Times reports. He has reportedly expressed a preference that the younger generation of royals, such as Prince Charles’ sons William and Harry, meet him instead. take a breath, then reply
faceman675. yes I was a politically aware 6 year old; not very deep or sophisticated, I just liked Ike. Most party affiliations are or at least were formed following family traditions. Back in the 50's you were the Republican family or the Democratic family on the block just like you were the Ford or Chevy or Pontiac etc family. I was born in 1949 NOW FOR THE MATH AND HISTORY LESSON THE 26th AMENDMENT that lowered the voting age from 21 to 18 was ratified in 1971, prior to that year one had to be 21 to legally vote for president in my home state. Do a little research.
In fact in 1970 an amendment to the michigan lowering the voting age to 18 was defeated by 61 percent of the voters. It took the 26th amendment to the U.S. Constitution passed in 1971 to give the vote to 18 year olds. You know what happens when you assume, just saying (i could have voted for nixon the second time around but i was too busy keeping my ass hidden and my head down in a god forsaken swamp in an eastern asian country) Last edited by garthok newo; January 29th, 2017 at 08:20 PM..
