The best one I've heard was from years ago, and featured a crossover where the Incredible Hulk teams up/fights against The Thing from The Fantastic Four!

It was on one of those kids superhero cartoons on Nickledeon (or something like that).
At one point The Thing actually (apparently) challenged Hulk to an arm wrestle!

There was a line in Godzilla vs Hedorah where some kids are playing with Godzilla toys and one of the kids says something along the lines of "Superman beats them all."
