This could be "Therese Raquin" a BBC adaptation from 1980. Brian Cox is the lover of Kate Nelligan, who plays the title character. There are some passionate bed scenes but I believe Kate manages to keep herself just about covered (although not Brian). The Brian Cox character does have to visit the morgue and sees dirty bodies, male I think, laid out naked on slabs. The only female nudity I can recall is Zoe Hendry briefly full frontal as an artist's model in the studio of Alan Rickman.
I think that it is quite a good drama.
It is available on DVD, maybe USA only.

Sorry folks, someone may have said this already. Too many posts to check them all.

The early series of Minder used to have a bit of topless stuff every week. And some rear bottomless stuff.

I seem to remember a few shows where Terry was a bouncer in strip clubs.

However the one that jumps to mind is when Terry and Arthur go to look out of the window and Terry's girlfriend walks up behind them fully naked. Lovely bum.

Arthur turns round saying "Oh my good gawd" covering his eyes at the same time.

ITV 3 or 4 show repeats now and again but I have yet to see the early ones I remember.

This clip was originally shown on early Eighties Channel Four. Those were the days when we were all neglecting our homework in the flimsy hope of fleeting onanistic gratification from obscure French documentaries seen after midnight on black-and-white bedroom TVs. Such as this one, Jean-Luc Godard and Anne-Marie Miéville's insufferably boring France/tour/detour/deux/enfants (1977).

It's her first day at a new job for an attractive secretary, and she turns up at the office pregnant and naked. Surely not a breakdown already? No, it's all to illustrate some piece of Marxist/Feminist dogma which without this visual aid would have remained forever obscure.

Glad though I was to see it again, unfortunately this clip is poor quality. And the way I snipped it from out of the whole episode (hint: do not attempt to find and watch the whole episode, let alone the whole series) rendered it unplayable in VLC. It worked in Media Player Classic though.

The image below (if you can call it that, it's so small) was taken from the Ep "looking for Micky" (S3 Ep4) so She has shown the goods (striptease scene)

Don't expect to see this scene on ITV 3 or what have you, as it's cut, I have the Aus R4 DVD's (great set, with plenty of extra's) and it's definitely on there, as you'd expect, as there fully uncut.

Being a fan of both Diana's bum from the earlier clip and old school striptease I had to have at least a quick attempt to find this, and I managed to get an old TV Rip of the episode fairly easily. So here is the strip and a later scene from the same episode where she's topless in bed. Not as good quality as the DVD would be though..
