It's quite possible that I have a clip of this on a VHS somewhere as I was certainly off-airing at the time in question. However, the scene doesn't ring any bells with me but I'll certainly look.

Are there any general stills from the film anywhere so that I can get a "feel" of what I'm looking for?

I had no idea it was Brookside. My policy was never to watch soaps, unless there was an op for nudity (like the Aussie soap Chances), so I was dead lucky with the Casualty clip and maybe this one.

I couldn't find any reference to Maeve on the site. Is it listed in a Members only section somewhere?

It appears that you can only join if you are based in a UK academic organisation (school, university etc.) and would need to be on the organisation network when accessing the content. Which, in this particular case, might lead to some 'diplomatic incidents'..
