Default German Issues

Where Are Our Kids ?
Forced adoptions in the GDR - Against a wall of silence.

Anyone, who had to release his child for adoption in the GDR under pressure from the state, is not allowed to hear anything about his offspring until today. Persons concerned now moved to the Bundestag and handed a petition.

Victims of compulsory adoptions in the GDR demand more support from the Bundestag and the Federal Government in the investigation of state abduction. The 'interest group stolen children of the GDR' handed over to the Chairman of the Petitions Committee in the Bundestag, Marian Wendt, a petition.

Read more (in German): http://www.tagesschau.de/inland/ddr-...ionen-101.html

In my opinion the first scandal is the governmentally robbing of babies in the former GDR. The second scandal is - and what makes me angry - that there is no solution so far; twenty seven years (!!) after the German reunification.

---------------------------------------------------

Devastating of Fruits

I've heard in a report yesterdayin a TV-report, that in those importing companies devastating bananas, which couldn't been sold in the supermarkets, because they were lightly damaged. Most were in this case green bananas.
The devastating was in a big container of ~ 8 metres; with a wheeled loader to fill it up. Each Day one Container in only one Company !!!! :Head-Shaking:

The bananas are of course only the representative for other fruits or vegetables.

Reason for the devastating: The companies doesn't want to pay the tax for devastated fruits. (I can understand).

How rich must a country be, to destroy foods in such a large amount !
Would it be better to spend it (parts of it) to food banks in the near ???
I will as our Finance Minister soon !!

No, I can't let off the British responsibility for that "high intellectual" guy a and some other EU representative (for example in the EU-commission over the ~40 years).

Britain is responsible for him ! No one else !

You will not think that any other country voted for him in secrecy !
As I wouldn't say Germany is having the same problem with it's members of the AfD - party, France it's "France Nationale" ect.

They aren't criticised in those countries as long as the EU spends them money.
The governmentally party line is exactly the point a mean, no other line is accepted.

Not what in the imagination of 'Rupertramjet' is right, what in the actual judicature is right. If you can't get along with it, become an MP and try to change the things.

I agree with some of your arguments in this paragraph, I make also sometimes "a fist in my pocket" because of anger about those court decisions. .

I beg you to remember: In 1933 Germany voted predominantly for the wrong leadership (more or less voluntary), and if at that point the other states around set them at the beginning their (red) lines, I truly believe it wouldn't come to the catastrophe.

I want to say: if the voters in a country were beside themselves, and if those "signs on the wall" are inestimable, they have nothing lost in the EU and must sitting down on the penalty bank.

Or in short words of a former well known Chancellor of GB: "I want my money back !"

Rupert, the ECHR has nothing to do with the EU. A little education can't harm, so try this

"The European Court of Human Rights, enforces the European Convention on Human Rights.

The European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) is an international treaty which protects human rights and fundamental freedoms. It was drafted in 1950 by the Council of Europe. A British Conservative Member of Parliament and lawyer, Sir David Maxwell-Fyfe, was a leading member of the Committee which drafted the ECHR. As a prosecutor at the Nuremberg Trials, he had seen first-hand how international justice could effectively be achieved"

https://rightsinfo.org/whats-differe...-human-rights/

Concerning the "rapists, murderers and child abusers" you know there's always more to these cases than meets the eye, and it does you no credit to cite headlines from your unprincipled and valueless media. You make us look virtuous, actually

Where do you get the idea you only have one MEP?

If I have your location right, your constituency has six MEPs, and it took me less than a minute to find that out

If an educated person like you knows so little about the EU, why do you have so much against it?
