I didn't say that they were 'equal', I said that they should have equal rights and equal right to decide what's done. If the 50 IQ man doesn't get an equal say with equal rights, then you can't have 'communism', you just have inequality.

I also believe that those with more knowledge and experience in a particular thing, situation or problem should be 'listened to' more than anyone else when that particluar thing, situation or problem is being discussed. I aso think that once that particular thing, situation or problem has been dealt with, then that person should be 'no more important' than anyone else.

I agree that what I view 'communism' to be is probably not achievable in the foreseeable future.

Fascism is more like a collective of a few 'elitists' who think only they should control things. It's not really like the collectivism of 'communism'.

So, you are suggesting that say, Boeing, or IBM, or Johnson & Johnson, etc, let all it's janitorial staff, etc, have a say in the company's policies? Really???

Some of those companies have over a quarter million employees.
At one minute per opinion per person, per fiscal quarter that makes around 5 man months per fiscal quarter, 99% of which does nothing to help product/service delivery, rather it only adds to the eventual cost of delivering the product/service. What you are saying flies in the face of logic and good sense.
It is software engineers who make good decisions about software design, and metallurgists and materials scientists who make good decisions about where and how to use which materials, etc.
No wonder communism always leads to mass death. My example of a guy falling off a ladder or a mine collapsing would be multiplied a thousandfold under such a regime as you suggest.
