Why Ren ?
He`s a Sith Lord right. A Darth , right. What`s a Kylo His title. Ok for whatever reason Kylo is the new Darth , in a title sense. So he then got to choose his own Sith name didn't he. Why pick Ren He was called Ben to start with , yet goes with Ren. Because it rhymed Is his imagination that weak From enough of a distance written down Ren even reads likes Ben. Be like me changing Max to Nax. Who`d bother Might seem a minor issue or not an issue at all. Whereas it pissed me off. Just as almost everything in seven and eight did Thankfully I can laugh about that now though

I`d have preferred to see a Kylo Stimpy rather than Ren ,
Hell a Kylo Jar Jar would have been better Pretty sure Jar Jar wouldn't have forgotten that in episode seven he had force sense , push and blaster freezing powers. Which is something Ren did. Since he never used them in the eighth despite several golden bleeding opportunities

I don't think Kylo Ren is a Sith though, so he's not a Darth. Pretty sure the Sith died (at least as far as we know) with Sidius and Vader.

Watching The Dam Busters.
The story about this for those who are not World War II experts: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Chastise George Lucas admitted he used this movie as inspiration for the Star Wars Death Star Trench run. He is an unoriginal hack. He even stole the dialogue from it. |

Sorry, but I'm out George.
I saw all of the original movies on their opening days. I am a hardcore loyalist. I still have all my original toys and countless collectibles, some are worth quite a bit of cash.
After the prequels I really was disappointed. The new movies are terrible. No one is going to change my mind on them. Sure I'm much older now but we all still have a kid inside of us for certain things. Like boobies. But money and CG effects have ruined it for me along with crappy scripts and shallow acting. Rebellions are not built on hope, they are built on some kind of ideology and resolute action. Hoping is for fools and procrastinators. These movies did not bring the original characters back to reunite them but to hype them and pump ticket sales. The only scene that did anything for me was Vader going full killing machine at the end of Rag One. The Last Jedi was The Last Straw for me. Sorry, but I'm out George. |

Star Wars - Herzog - Disney
Werner Herzog praises new 'Star Wars' series 'Mandalorian'
DISNEY'S BREAKTHROUGH SERIES ... it seems.... Quote:
I've a lot of respect for Herzog, and if he is sincere in his views... this coukl be a killer for Amazon / Netflix... as Disney goes Head-On with streaming. |
