I agree. Watched the first episode and it was the same plot as the UK version.

Excellent show. Binge watching is probably best, so you get the connections. Recommend for everyone...

Default Taboo

I think Tom Hardy is compelling onscreen, and in Taboo he does not disappoint

Good show, but a shame I have to watch it with the subtitles switched on in order to understand the dialogue.

Amazing to think that Tom Hardy co-wrote that with his father, the unlikely named 'Chips' and the writer of Peaky Blinders. Very dark and violent but compelling viewing.

Talk about mixed up, I am so glad we don't do cross-over episodes in this country because Episode 7 of DC Legends Of Tomorrow was so confusing having never seen Supergirl, The Flash and lagging behind Arrow(currently waiting to see Season 4) but they all appeared in this special episode of LoT and if you've not seen any of the other programmes you too would find it confusing.

Phew! Sherlock last night was pretty intense and yes it was pretty daft but then again we are talking about a fictional hero and not a real person, although the premise is that Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson are real life people. The storyline was pretty confused at times and yes there were moments of "what the heck is all that about?" but it was well made and some clever twists. If nothing else it clears up the mystery of how it seemed Moriarty had come back from the dead. It has certainly been a darker Sherlock than previous series and if it comes back I think it should get back to the fun aspect of solving mysteries rather than plumbing Sherlock, Mycroft and Watson's deeper feelings. Mark Gatiss was brilliant as Mycroft, Benedict Cumberbatch very good as Sherlock and Martin Freeman going through all emotions as Watson. Comedy relief has come from Una Stubbs as Mrs Hudson especially last week when she roared up in a red Aston Martin with Sherlock in the boot! I hope there is another series but when that will be who knows-this one took over a year to make.

Obviously depends on cast availability, but Stephen Moffat will have more time now that he is stepping down from Dr. Who once the series currently in production is finished.

The penultimate episode of S05 of Game Of Thrones.
Those fools in the cities of Westeros and across The Narrow Sea, playing their games and thinking The Iron Throne matters, and all the while, in The North the end of the world is gathering.
