Attention: There is a prevalent email scam happening everywhere where the sender claims to have a password to a site and demands money in some form. Ignore it, do not respond and at most change passwords on any sites you frequent.

Effective immediately, moving or animated GIFs are not allowed in signatures. If your signature has one, please remove or replace it asap. Staff will remove them as and when we see them without notice.

Sincerest apologies to everyone for the recent blackout. VEF and several of our sister forums had a major server malfunction. The database index is being rebuilt from scratch and may take at least several days to be fully restored. Expect major weirdness and lots of glitches in the meantime. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Unfortunately it seems that all of the posts made from the 13th March until the crash are permanently lost, please feel free to re-post any such material, apologies for this.

Her work with both the Pixies and the band she has with her twin sister Kelly, that band being the Breeders. A name given to them by the patrons of gay clubs that they played in beginning. Even though I do prefer blondes, I've grown very fond of Kim, both for that voice and that bone structure. (Reminds me of a hot friend) Where is my mind? = from the pixies. Kim supplies the haunting backing vocal. One Pixies DVD menu has this vocal intro on a loop. Sometimes I let it play for hours. Hey Inglorious Kim's another bassist, just like Johnette. I also remember the Falling Joys. Particularly "Lock It". Big single here. Lovely fretless bass.
