I have a Belgian Shepherd Dog.
I trained her very good, she watched the farm etc. but I also use her to herd my sheep. Before I had a Doberman Pinscher, a mix Foxterriër & mix a Shepherd/Dobermann. My favorite will be the Grey Wolf, there social & excellent in hunting.

Mine are Huskies. I've had three in my lifetime and they are darned, wondeful dogs. I wouldn't recommend keeping them in a warm climate though as they are accustomed to the cooler temperatures. When I lived in Arizona, I had to give mine to my brother, who was living in Wisconsin at the time.
