The best i can remember seeing was an old friends photo of a wooden coffin sidecar that he used to own, affixed to whatever bike it was.
What really made it though was the 'healer' dog, off to the side, who's head front on looked exactly like a human skull.

Wish he'd let me post it. Come to think of it, wish i had a copy.

Think i feel an email coming up.
