In the US, possession of sexually explicit materials of minors will get you arrested and probably prosecuted. Period. Doesn't matter when you acquired it or if you even knew of the person's underage status.

Same here, one 22 yo got placed on a Sex Offenders Register and got 2 years jail here for having a sexually explicit Bart / Lisa Simpsons gif on his phone. All any prospective Employer is going to see from now on is a CP Conviction. Another dude had a naked photo(s) of his girlfriend on his phone and computer, but as he was 19 and she 16 he now has a CP conviction too. I also read about cases in Europe and Canada in regard to Cartoons.

The late, lamented MyArchives removed the pictures of one model from the 50's, because she may have started modeling at 16, and no one was sure which were which, so her entire thread was removed. Rosina Revelle, IIRC.

Hell, people in the Benighted States of Hysteria get arrested for pictures of Tove Jensen, who is on public record as being of legal age when she started, so you don't need to get in trouble by posting pics of Traci who actually was underage. I'm lucky I live in Canada, where the age of consent for imagry is 16, so most of her stuff is legal here, but the US is stuck back in the dark ages and notoriously of a real hard-assed nature about it. And regardless of what your Constitution says about being "innocent until proven guilty", where this issue is concerned, it's "guilty even if proven innocent".

I have not heard of this, but it would not surprise me and I would expect the situation to resolve itself quickly as the person arrested would (unless really stupid) get a lawyer or public defender to start threatening lawsuit.

At least we have not succumbed yet to arresting people for criticizing religion.

Traci could do us all a big favour and have a sex tape made this century released on the market for that type of thing. That way you can watch her legitimly and any vidcaps of her could be published on here and elsewhere. Only she's gonna have to do it soon or she will have reversed the issue and become too old for porn!

Traci Lords has been pretty successful. Porn days and otherwise. She is attempting to erase all of her porn career . That is why she bought the copyrights to Traci, I Love You. I do not foresee her ever releasing a sex tape. This what happens when starlets seek relevance. IMO Traci has had all the relevance she wants.
