A fake has snuck into this post, here.

It's actually a melding of a Penny Dreadful promo of Eva Green & Helena Bonham Carter as Bellatrix Lestrange from the Harry Potter series.

Proof with the fake in the middle & the originals on either side:

This actress is currently listed in the Classsic Celebrities section: here

However she seems to have been born in 1940 (german wikipedia & google) and thus would belong to the Vintage & Elegance section

Post #10 in the Lisa Eilbacher thread is and image of Lisa Hartman Black. Tha image was taken at the 2004 Country Music Awards, which can clearly be seen by the CMA logo in the posted photo, and from comparing the dress and hair from the photos that can be found by googling "Lisa Hartman Black CMA 2004"
