Tired of digging the garden get a friend in prison for murder to tell the police he buried the body in your flower bed.That usually gets it dug

It looks like an orgone accumulator as patented by Wilhelm Reich but it's actually the central heating.

Real roof-fixing guys are coming next week to fix the leaks - I need to think of something smart to say when they look at my repairs and say, "Whit f****n' eejit did this??"

Tell them that you sent the missus up there to fix it and she only had 1/2 hour between cleaning the toilet and mowing the lawn, and after that she had to make your dinner

A few more for the single blokes I once found handy

Always leave the phone off the hook

, nothing worse than a phone call when still in bed at 10am

Always have at least 10 menu's from local take aways lying around

Always have heaps of spare batteries for those remote control emergencies

Keep your fridge stocked up with excessive amounts of beer

Don't ever keep your place too clean, girls might think you're a Village People fan
