Here's a dream that I had a while ago (for some reason it was rather vivid and I can still remember it): For some reason, I was stuck in a vat with Craig Charles, and then the vat filled with acid, but I managed to escape. Craig Charles didn't.

Some would argue that putting Craig Charles in a vat of acid would be a good thing, but I can't possibly comment...

I had an odd one many years ago.

Dreamt i was laying across my bed fully clothed with the reddish/blonde haired girl who was a singer in a band i was in. She always had an interesting facial structure, kinda like a cross between Tiffany Mynx and Trinity Loren, with a hairstyle to match.

Anyway i swear i'd never found her especially attractive until around the time that i broke up with another girl who was the blonde guitar player in another band i was in. Well to be honest i'd noticed she had great legs. She wore shorts to practice many times.

So, in my dream I'm just laying across this bed fully clothed, as was the singer.
Nothing was being said, but there was this 'air' of something about to happen.

Suddenly my guitar playing girlfriend appears in the doorway and said "Time to go".
To which my reply was "I'm good!"

End result was i immediately over the 'diva' guitar player (although we did start seeing each other again recently) and i developed a big man crush on the singer.

Nothing ever happened with the singer (yet

) but i did get to tell her about my dream once, as we danced together at a band reunion.

I was like a 5 year old this morning at about 6am, woke with a fright. I dreamed that somebody was at the bedroom door hacking away with a machette , was so damn realistic I actually gazed at the door just to make sure it wasn't all for real and started at it for a few moments. Not only that, I was almost too scared to go back to sleep

I am as you know a world infamous translator of dreams , and as such i believe the door represents a future you don`t wish to open , while the machete the woman in your life

Now me the night before i dreamed women kept arriving and handing me over their new born babies .
Not kidding .
The babies were all wrapped up with just their faces showing , and they were all crying .

Erm so that must mean

I need a Vasectomy

I work night shift, so sleeping during the day can be a bit of an experience, might even explain some of the weird dreams I have, like the one the other day.

I had one of those sleeps when you're half awake and half asleep, dreaming at the same time where everything is so real.

I dreamed that I was at my sisters funeral and I got up to view her in her casket. Was almost too real.........I then snapped out of it, problem is, I don't have a sister

Had this dream about two months ago and I still remember it.

It starts out in a plowed field, like that of a farm where seed has been planted. The sod is dry though as if it was plowed days ago. (I don't know why I notice this detail.)

I'm riding a hover-scooter apparatus and I approach the edge and go into tall weeds. There's a trail and I know where I'm going. I'm approaching the rear of businesses that line a busy road I grew up frequenting.

I reach them and start going along the back of them. No longer am I riding the scooter, but I'm running. The businesses are all connected, like a never-ending strip mall.

I can't see the end so I enter the rear of one. I'm moving briskly down halls, up stairs, through all sorts of rooms, but can't find an exit.

I finally enter this room with nothing but a chute with a lid that drops through the floor.

I open the lid and jump in and the lid closes above me. It's tight- barely wide enough for me. The sides are smooth and it's pitch black.

I slide down the chute about 15 feet and come to a stop at the bottom, but there's no exit. I try to kick the bottom open, but it doesn't work.

I can't move my arms away from my body to try to climb back up. I'm trapped. I get this claustrophobic feeling of dread.

I then woke up.

(Still spooks me a little, even now.)

Oops, wrong dream thread. Maybe a mod can move this.

Last time I had an "electric dream" I realised that:

1) I'd wet the bed, again...

2) forgot to wear a nappy, again...

3) it was probably time to replace the threadbare electric blanket...

...fortunately, I lived and learnt so there won't be a repeat this week.

oh, and I promise to use the magnifying glass to read thread titles in future
