Patty's 56 and only 5'3"....that's a lot of mass to carry when you're short and 21 (when she posed)...far easier to carry then comapred to now.

Looking at some of the Mansion party pics of her on here, they look a lot smaller then as well. Maybe she had a reduction after her PM shoot, because she looks totally different.

This comment has always flabbergasted me. Here's a woman with a 36-inch bust, posing in what was then the most famous nudie magazine in the world, and she's surprised because they emphasized her breasts. I've read a couple of similar comments from other Playmates. Does it strike you that some of these women are either terribly naive or not too bright?

I think perhaps she was a little embarrassed about the shoot, by the way the photographer emphasised her boobs and bush.

If you look at the video of that shoot, notice what she does when the photographer is showing her the CF pic. In the pic, here she is, sitting in a chair with her legs wide open showing her beautiful bush, and as she examines the photograph with the photographer, she is pointing to her face make-up or her hair - on her head!

As I think that was her attempting to normalise the photographs, perhaps she was a little naive regarding the real reason for them.

But I thank her for doing it. She's one of my favourites.

She's always been one of my favorites. Please excuse the lines and camera reflection. My slide scanner has been out of commission for a while. I've had to resort to snapping pics of slides laid upon a lightbox.

Patricia, nor any woman -- whether a Playboy Playmate, Penthouse Pet, or straight up pornstar -- should be insulted or shamed for sharing her beautiful body with the world. We can talk around the edges of what's going on here while still honoring and preserving the model's dignity.

But come on, seriously? Patti, you are getting naked for Playboy, the pre-eminent porn magazine of the 1980s (when you posed) and if you're uncomfortable with a pictorial's emphasis of your heavenly boobies and beautiful bush, you might want to model for something else, like a laundry detergent ad.

Either way, this is a fact of life that every woman must come to grips with at some point: If there is a picture of you, somewhere, some guy is cranking his yank to it. Seriously. You don't have to be a movie star, you don't have to be naked. You don't have to be voluptous, you don't have to look like a supermodel or a pageant queen or the cheerleading captain. I guarantee you there is some guy out there who fantasizes about you, and any picture of you is setting his imagination on fire at this minute and he's moaning your name as he beats off into the wastebasket.
